Experience Ali’s unique Voice Activation Process (VAP) to promote emotional release and self-expression as we journey up the the 7 energy centres to tune into your very own vibrational medicine.

This 1 hour event (pre-recorded) includes a series of different exercises to awaken your voice, liberate your authentic expression and experiment with sound. The journey will involve movement, meditation, guided visualisation, and song-channeling exercises to connect you with the healing power of your voice.

This is not your average "singing lesson", rather a sacred ceremony to awaken your spirit song and invigorate your energy centres. It is best to come with an open mind - playful and curious.

How to Prepare:

🪶 Ensure you have 1 hour of uninterrupted time set aside

🪶 Create a sacred space for this journey (light a candle, put your favourite essential oils on, and give yourself at least 10 minutes before session start to drop into an intention for our journey)

🪶 This work can be done seated or standing. If seated, ensure you have a cushion to elevate your hips or a chair you are comfortable sitting on for the hour

🪶 It’s best to work with a clean vessel, please avoid eating processed foods, sugar, alcohol the night before and on the day

🪶 Avoid eating a large meal or drinking carbonated beverages prior to the session


🪶 Session will be 1 hour from start to finish. Try to give yourself some time before/after so you can really drop in and, once finished, continue to play with what we've discussed
