Group Sound Healing Experience

    Workshop includes a brief guided meditation followed by a fully immersive sound healing experience incorporating crystal singing bowls, vocals, flute, chimes, guitar

    Introduction to the science of breathwork as a tool to boost mental performance, manage stress, and relieve anxiety

    Guided breathwork and sound healing experience incorporating crystal singing bowls, vocals, flute, chimes, guitar and gentle breathwork

    Kirtan $500

    Kirtan is a call-and-response style song or chant set to live music done in a group setting. In this space, the group sings a variety of short and catchy chants (often in Sanskrit).

    Studies have shown that when we sing together, our heart rhythms align. Kirtan is a powerful way to promote a sense of unity amongst a group of friends or strangers as our singing transcends us from an individual to collective state consciousness.

    While there are no drugs or alcohol involved, people will often leave feeling “buzzed”. This is your body’s natural high induced through song and community.

Breathwork & Meditation Package (weekly sessions)

    Reduce stress, enhance focus, boost creativity and invite more stillness into your workplace with this powerful 4/8 week guided breathwork & meditation journey.

    We’ll meet weekly (in person or online) to set up and build upon a solid foundation for creating sustaining a meditation and breathwork practice.

    Learn the basics as well as the science behind these modalities. Discover tools to radically shift your vibration in a safe container with direct guidance and support by Ali.

    Each week we’ll build on the previous lesson as we work (with equanimity) to explore and observe the thinking mind, patiently, and without judgement.
